Pros
I started working at HelloFresh around 4 months ago and I'm really loving it. There's a fantastic work place culture and I love everyone I work with, including my team, other departments and the senior management team. Although there's a lot of work to do, I haven't felt over-worked or stressed once. There's a great benefit scheme that includes free gym (!!!) and discounts on boxes for yourself. I feel there's a lot of opportunity to progress my career and move forward - including lots of training sessions on a vast array of subjects (professional and personal progression) that you can sign up to.
Cons
Decisions can be made quite quickly and projects change direction - but that's all part of the excitement of working at a growing company!
