Thank you for your comments. We’re glad that you liked the 4 by 10 work week (Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day) as it is intended to provide employees with greater flexibility to balance their personal work and life by providing a three-day weekend unless overtime is required to meet customer expectations. Manufacturing employees have a 30 minutes lunch break and two 15 minutes paid breaks. Once a week, break time is utilized to give company updates. We have implemented a new onboarding program to ensure that all manufacturing employees are provided with adequate training when they are hired.
