Pros

Management walks the talk. They pay a living wage and really care about their employees and their growth either within the company or a career outside of the company. A lot of people have started as a general assembler and have been promoted by taking advantage of the education assistance program. The manufacturing area is air conditioned and clean which is hard to find in a manufacturing environment. If you are looking for an employer that really welcomes all and truly cares about the community and the environment, you should check them out.

Cons

The training process can be a little challenging, but they listen to feedback and are working hard on making it much better. The people that do the training are busy, but they care about what they are doing and are patient with you.

As a company there's a lot of restructuring due to company wide growth and decisions being made. This leads to changes that are difficult to work through. Lack of communication High turnover
