We value each person’s inherent worth and have expectations that people are treated with respect. We’re glad that you liked the 4 by 10 work weeks (Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day) as it is intended to provide employees with greater flexibility to balance their personal work and life by providing a three day weekend unless overtime is required to meet customer expectations.
