Pros

The pay is great…no micromanaging…Flex Time…everyone gets along. Offers tuition reimbursement which can also be used towards taking 1 class or a refresher course. The CEO is awesome!! He actually speaks to employees and has conversation. He greets his new employees in a group setting.

Cons

The parking lines in the lot need repainted (on the weekend). Need more parking space and better lighting when it gets dark.

As a company there's a lot of restructuring due to company wide growth and decisions being made. This leads to changes that are difficult to work through. Lack of communication High turnover
