      There is none for real.

      Cons

      No support or training to do job. Mgmt is Not supportive and will backstab to get ahead. Low pay and horrible culture Not flexible entry level associate with no work ethic. Horrible treatment of good workers including reducing wage. There is a revolving g door of people in and out. It’s not the work!

      If you are good at your job, the days are pretty repetitive and easy Current management is flexible with your schedule Honestly amazing benefits

      As a company there's a lot of restructuring due to company wide growth and decisions being made. This leads to changes that are difficult to work through. Lack of communication High turnover
