Working with ID/DD patients is a passion of mine, and caring for others is the pathway to success.

Constantly busy via phone, email, home visits, etc. Can ultimately become mentally draining.

We know that at times the job can be challenging and we do appreciate the dedication it takes to make a difference every day. We’d like to clarify that our ITA's currently (at the time of this response) receive 3 personal days, paid sick time, and 10 weeks of paid time off for school breaks throughout the school year.
