Pros

This is a great agency to work for. Mission centered, culture focused and always putting staff first. It is a place to come and learn, grow and be surrounded by team mates and peers that are supportive and encouraging. Lots of internal growth and opportunity for someone getting started in the social services field, or someone looking to continue their career as well.

Cons

There will forever be a difference in compensation opportunities between for-profit and non-profit, however, the agency continues to look for ways to always give back to the staff in means of compensation and benefits. They are transparent with their financials and educate the entire agency with decisions made.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoy working with our students. We know that at times the job can be challenging and we do appreciate the dedication it takes to make a difference every day. We’d like to clarify that our ITA's currently (at the time of this response) receive 3 personal days, paid sick time, and 10 weeks of paid time off for school breaks throughout the school year. We recognize the importance of rest and balance, and we’re committed to supporting our staff in meaningful ways. We truly value your contribution and the care you put into your work. Thank you for being a part of our team.
