Pros

Good Benefits that include a 403b plan, accidentally insurance, health benefits which include a HSA or FSA, Rally, UHC Motion, etc. Opportunity to transition into other positions to expand your skills at HHC

Cons

You will noticed team members who have been there for a month up to a certain amount of years leave their positions; there could be various types of situations of their departure despite this profession is not for the faint of heart. I would say this before applying do your research on working with individuals with IDD especially Autism; there is some interesting articles and books out there.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoy working with our students. We know that at times the job can be challenging and we do appreciate the dedication it takes to make a difference every day. We’d like to clarify that our ITA's currently (at the time of this response) receive 3 personal days, paid sick time, and 10 weeks of paid time off for school breaks throughout the school year. We recognize the importance of rest and balance, and we’re committed to supporting our staff in meaningful ways. We truly value your contribution and the care you put into your work. Thank you for being a part of our team.
