Pros

The only positive thing I can say came out of my time working at Helping Hand School is that I worked with some AMAZING teachers, therapists, and instructional teaching assistants. The bad thing is that new management/upper management has chased all of those good workers away.

Cons

Current management doesn’t care about staff or students well being. They will push you to your limit, talk about you to other employees, push you to do things you are not comfortable with and hide in their offices when you are begging for help.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoy working with our students. We know that at times the job can be challenging and we do appreciate the dedication it takes to make a difference every day. We’d like to clarify that our ITA's currently (at the time of this response) receive 3 personal days, paid sick time, and 10 weeks of paid time off for school breaks throughout the school year. We recognize the importance of rest and balance, and we’re committed to supporting our staff in meaningful ways. We truly value your contribution and the care you put into your work. Thank you for being a part of our team.
