Many people to go to for support. As a new teacher I always feel like I can ask questions and feel heard. Many opportunities to grow within if you put in the work. CEO is involved and easy to reach.

Student population can be difficult it you're inexperienced.

We know that at times the job can be challenging and we do appreciate the dedication it takes to make a difference every day. We’d like to clarify that our ITA's currently (at the time of this response) receive 3 personal days, paid sick time, and 10 weeks of paid time off for school breaks throughout the school year.
