Pros
Built a very strong relationship with my manager (GREAT MENTOR) and stayed with the company only for this reason. In addition, grew as an overall professional within the staffing industry. Great salary and bonus pay outs if you are a "HUSTLER".
Cons
Vacation/sick time is always questioned when you put in a PTO request. In-house employees rarely get a whole week off even if PTO time is accrued. No room for advancement! Longevity beats out PERFORMERS! Too many politics! Asked for a review and never received one.
