I was advised my assignment was a temp to hire, it was not. It was advised to me after, by the leadership of the assignment, not helpmates. Had this been advised prior, I would not have left my permanent position with benefits No benefits No support from the agency Just another number Seems as though the employee is an after thought If you reach out to helpmates they may acknowledge your concern, but will not follow up or through on requests without continuous pressure or nagging.
