Pros
*Company pays 100% of my health premiums for me, and my family! It's a good health plan as well, with reasonable deductibles and co-pays (not a low, crappy plan). *I love that there are so many benefit options when it comes to Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental benefits. *This company truly cares about their employees and their happiness. I'm constantly being surprised with awesome stuff that they do for us. From company lunches, to birthday deserts, to unexpected gifts. My kids know I love my job and they tell me all the time that they want to work for Helpside when they grow up. *The executive management are awesome people, who have good values, and appreciate their staff.
Cons
The job can be very high paced and busy, depending on your position. It's vital that you hit your deadlines, so if you don't work well under stress or deadlines you may find it to be stressful and difficult to keep up.
