I have enjoyed working with Helpside. The management understands the importance of a work/life balance and strive to ensure that their employees feel valued. Helpside genuinely cares about its employees. While working here, I have been amazed at their willingness to listen to and consider my ideas or concerns.

Cons

Parking can be difficult to find at times, but that's honestly it as far as any negatives go.

Health premiums completely covered for you and your family, company activities, maximum 40-hour work week (no overtime worked ever), 17 PTO days plus 11 federal paid holidays, hybrid work option.

Cons

Pay is a bit low, but it most likely is due to the fact that they cover your health premium 100%.
