Hemlock Landscapes is a great place to work. They have a great team.

I have nothing negative to say.

They deal with every part of the landscaping realm from planting to hardscapes and are willing to educate and invest in your future at the company. The management has worked through all the positions they're in charge of so they understand the situations that you are dealing with and will help you. If your are looking for a company to grow with that's small enough to treat you as an individual but large enough to give you a wide scope of opportunities then this is a great potential candidate in the landscaping industry.

The company deals almost exclusively with residential properties which is nice being that you can build familiarity with the properties and their owners. Unfortunately, some of the new properties they take on are undersold on the sales side and that margin between what was sold and what work needs to be done in order to bring the job to Hemlock first class quality lands on the crew leader to finish within the allotted man hours. These properties show up a few times a year which is just a part of the industry.
