Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
