Pros
Good benefits, working to change to a safer culture, at least at face value, only time will tell if the efforts are honest.
Cons
Management out of touch, not one of the management team started out on the floor. Very little empathy to the hourly employees commitments outside the workplace. Work life balance is non-existent, your time belongs to the company they do not care about your family or outside life. Your work hours can be change at minimal notice with no input or consideration to you or your needs. I would not refer a friend to work here unless they were desperate or I was willing lose their friendship.
