      Good people, higher than average salaries for Phoenix, Half-day Fridays, Flexible schedules depending on department, Newer building

      Pressure due to disconnect with HQ (Dusseldorf, Germany) on many issues. Frustration as more senior managers/VPs/GMs filled with ex-pats and the disconnect is filtered down to those who execute.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
