      Pros

      Henkel had a good Culture. Employees were proud to be Henkelaner. That's history.

      Cons

      Just shareholder driven. Cost savings alone can't bring Henkel closer to competitors. Nobody wants to hear anymore the truth. Employees gave up to challenge Status quo as only "Yes" mentality keeps them in Job.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
