      The people that work at The Dial Corporation are great. They care about you as an individual and they want you to succeed. The training is second to none and they will find a way to help you grow.

      Cons

      As with any company, when the parent company finally steps in and starts making changes, jobs are eliminated and downsizing happens.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
