Low Morale & No Open Communication with Vendors - Anonymous employee Henkel Employee Review

With the acquisition of Sun Products Corporation to Henkel, the company has been plagued with system, production, transportation issues, and little to no communication for permanent solutions to persistent problems. Morale has been low since the acquisition with multiple department layoffs and little to no acknowledgement by middle management or higher that departments and/or locations are making the company work as best they can with limited resources and head count. Multiple people are used locally to "fix" issues that have been created by offices globally, but layoffs continue to happen in the U.S.
