Pros
- Generally, good helpful people and a collaborative atmosphere.
Cons
- Massive amount of brain drain has been occurring recently in the form of departures of long-time employees. - Discrepancies in work expectations, inclusion, and information flow, even among those in the "same" positions. - Little room for growth within roles. Career development is achieved by changing jobs. In the US, this means you better be geographically mobile. - Degree snobbery in technical roles, advanced vs. B.S. - I personally experienced demotions in terms of job title without being told. Found out by accident.
