Pros
Good working environment and team. Interesting projects and very innovative products. Company with good ethical values and vision, reliable and secure.
Cons
Very hierarchical structure and political leads to very slow and centralized decisions. You lose a lot of time in meetings and processes and there is little incentive to new ideas (excessive bureaucracy). Lack of decisiveness and flexibility to local teams and heavy dependence on central structure. Career management and training nonexistent, professional recognition informal and not consistent.
