      Pros

      Fantastic co-workers, challenging work, decent pay and benefits. Reasonable work hours and flexibility.

      Cons

      Demoralising workspaces, agressive workload and heavy handed management. Canada is a subsidiary to the US head office, and policy is made in Germany/ the US with no regard to the Canadian marketplace or difffering staffing levels.

      Pros

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
