      advancement usually requires relocation; still developing their stance on working remotely; like many companies now, an employee must be willing to wear many hats and be flexible

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
