      Pros

      It is a fantastic place to live. Vacation weather 9 months of the year. The small size of the company really helps you to know those you work with.

      Cons

      Smaller company so some limited opportunities. Area had alot of turnover since people seem to lack roots there.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
