Pros
Opportunities for career growth. Benefits and host of other corporate perks. Responsibilities are isolated allowing you to gain expertise in a specific field. Large company with a lot of resources allow your business unit to remain competitive, in turn offering stability. Excellent execution at all levels of organization. Very challenging goals and responsibilities provide meaningful employment. I helped a friend get a job here and encouraged many of my other friends to apply.
Cons
Sometimes feels like its too big and communicating with other business units is challenging. Company promotes the produces but there is a need to be somewhat 'political'.
