      Pros

      Job is physically very easy. Mostly work unsupervised. 12 hour shifts for most of the plant. Not allowed to work more than 60hrs a week.

      Cons

      Chaos.. No one knows what is going on on the production floor. Lack of accountability for the lazy workers. Lack of maintenance support. The new attendance policy, get a point for using paid sick time. Overtime, hire some more workers or fix the equipment so we can work the schedule we signed up for. Unachievable OEE targets.

      Pros

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
