      A company creating value and solutions. Excellent work-life balance, they are always trying to have more benefits for the employees. Great and easy to understand values.

      Cons

      Location, if you want to work there, in order to get there easier, you should live near Interlomas. If you want to reicive some training, you need a lot of authorizations.

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
