      Pros

      Great people, good product mix to work with, opportunities to work overseas.

      Cons

      Extremely lean organization with not enough bodies to get the work done. Poor performing company has lead to a lot of unnecessary stress and pressure. Negative environment with a clear lack of teamwork.

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
