      Pros

      Good health insurance, ok salaries. Some really great people work here.

      Cons

      No training opportunities, no management feedback, bickering between departments, megalomanic managers. Not a fun place to work. Hourly people sometimes asked to work without pay.

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
