      Pros

      Arizona! Great People at the management level and below, unless they have all fled… which many have. Wonderful salary for Arizona and ability iconic brands.

      Cons

      Micro-management from from German HQ. Poor decision making creates excess workload. Mindless reporting. Do not value individual thinking or creativity - they value people who agree with them and do as they say without making waves. Elitist attitude regarding what the American consumer and American employee "should" like and accept.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
