      Cons

      Terrible leadership, hired people by friends rather than qualification. The leaderships and their friends have privileges over others. It likes in High School: there are cool kids, and there are others.

      Pros

      I’ve been with Henkel for over 5 years. I’ve been giving many opportunities to work on new projects and make an impact. Plus, it is amazing to see how the company continues to invest in providing a strong employee experience and growth opportunities. I truly love working here and have some of the most inspiring, talented team members.

      Cons

      Henkel is a global corporation, which sometimes leads to processes being complex and taking longer than anticipated. However, the company is really embracing an “impact over perfection” mindset to support being more agile, and it is working!
