Pros
The pay is better than anywhere else in this industry especially if you don’t have much experience. You generally feel appreciated and cared for by area managers and SCM’s.
Cons
A lot of pressure to sell. If you’re not prepared for that or you just want to turn a wrench all day without talking to customers this isn’t the spot for you. This is probably true of any customer service role with any company though.
