Very friendly staff. Feels like a big family. Management is great: No micro-managing. Flexible environment. Awesome benefits!

Cons

Because it is a government organization, opportunities for promotion is limited. They are vastly behind on emerging technology trends. This will be a good work environment for someone who wants a small, feel, family-friendly environment and GREAT bonuses. However, for younger people like myself, you may feel a bit out of place. Additionally, salary compensation can be on the lower-end.
