Wolf in sheep’s clothing - Building Inspector Henry County BOC Employee Review

Low pay, minimal to no opportunity for advancement, lots of “clicks” in upper management which prevents qualified worker’s opportunities, HIGH turnover , no maternity leave, antiquated systems (still using file cabinets to keep track of all data) . Honestly, just beware if considering a job here. Great for people that want bare minimum until retirement or students fresh out of high school. Lack of diversity.
