      Nice building, nice gift shop, not much more than that

      Cons

      overworked, underpaid, micromanaged, nurses are lazy. Sometimes the cafeteria has food and the hours are terrible. Management tells you what you want to hear and does the opposite of what you want, there is no support. Unless you are a nurse, you are not valued

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
