Horrible pay, people, place - Critical Care RN Henry Ford Health Employee Review

Run as fast as you can. The pay is the lowest in our industry, and we rarely get raises. The management is terrible, and have horrible communication skills. They make mistakes all the time and blame it on their staff. The customer service scores are TERRIBLE as well, and doctor communication is terrible. Everyone I know is unhappy and looking for a new job ASAP. West Bloomfield is the worst, and the senior leadership team (including CEO) are incompetent and need to GO. I can't wait to find a new job.
