      I feel that my job is very secured at Henry Ford Health System. About 5 weeks of vacation Ive been there for 8 years.

      Cons

      The health system as a whole does not value talents. They rather pay low wages for normal talents than fair wages for good talents.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
