Good culture and great team

Not many cons but there has been an increase in workload

Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
