      Good salary and benefits. Generally, an employee - friendly workplace. HFHS' best feature is its foremost principles of care and concern for patients' health (at HAP, it is care for insurance enrollees).

      Cons

      Overly bureaucratic Human Resources function with poor functioning in most departments, paricularly hiring and recruitment.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
