Pros
* Management is nice and personable. * Pay is relatively okay. Average for a given role ,but definitely not above and more-likely below. * You get some technical and business experience
Cons
* Everyone is playing a game and it's probably not in your favor. * Unless you're a favorite, you won't get a promotion / selected for other job opportunities. * Nothing there is really motivating.
