Pros
The company does care about its workforce, when other systems are cutting on staff, Henry Ford is going strong. Most of the management is working hard to ensure that we have what we need.
Cons
There are few bad managers. Job opportunities in management are limited and slow to open, and most of the time outsiders are considered more often than current employees.
