      Benefits are top notch.

      Cons

      No promotions at all. I worked in the business side of Henry Ford and it was schamful how they run the company. Very little changes from day to day.

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
