      Great management. Very supportive. Pleasant work environment for the most part.

      Cons

      Really no means of promotion. Visitors tend to have little respect for the position. Basically you are seen as a "rent-a-cop."

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
