      Amazing healthcare, okay CTO okay 401k combustions

      Cons

      Pay for IT staff is below market and will never give you a raise besides cost of living which is always around 2% even with 2021's being near 6%

      Salary was good and benefits decent.

      Cons

      But I was bullied and treated terribly by the department manager. Multiple people reported this behavior to HR, and they just get rid of the reporter, not the abuser.
