      Helping patients good teamworkers,good pay,benifits,stable employment and I enjoyed working here it was a good experience to work for henry ford

      Cons

      Different personalities demanding patients, but every workplace has that so that is nothing new entry level pay depending on experience

      Pros

      Friendly, safe and trusting environment, leaders that listen, lots of opportunities for training and development.

      Cons

      Inconsistent between different hospitals and leaders. Health insurance is awful and expensive. Bonuses only go to leaders, even though frontline staff are doing the actual work.
