Overworked. They’ll hire almost anyone for the same pay as someone with experience. Management is not helpful and doesn’t know how to help assist for an exam. Consistently short staffed due to hiring just to fill a position. Promotions only their favorite employees. Patients are rude and management let’s them scream at you.
