It was close to home.

Employees are not told what is expected of them as to production. Pressure is to perform quickly. ER management did not know what they were doing in Registration. They kept changing things around so that registering patients was difficult. Their concern was only about money and how many patients they could register in the shortest amount of time not caring how long patients were made to wait once they were registered. Atmosphere was like a crazy house. Employees were constantly in fear sitting on nails and afraid for their jobs. Management was too concerned about petty things going on among employee disagreements.
